Tripnett Private Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”) accepts bookings subject to the following conditions. We want to inform you that these conditions will be applicable only for tour arrangements booked by clients with the company. Once you book your tickets with us, it means that you have accepted our terms and conditions correctly. All references such as “booking”, “tour” or “arrangements” mean the tour arrangements and do not specify anything particular. Please ensure to read the terms and conditions on our website to get a clear idea of your respective rights.
1. Your Tour Contract
The contract placed between the Client and the Company (between “you” and “our company”) is important to us. We assure you that the contract placed between us will not be revealed to any private third parties. Tripnett will stand with its customers in the matters of any dispute, claim or any issues arising between us. However, we are not responsible for problems caused due to your own personal matters. No employee in the company other than the director of Tripnett has the right to vary or omit any of these terms. No promises will be offered for discounts and promotions unless it is made in written form.
2. Secure your Booking
To secure the booking, Tripnett requests customers to pay a minimum deposit amount. This is mandatory for all tour packages, and sometimes a higher deposit amount may be required to meet payment conditions. You need to read the booking conditions and general information of the selected tour package. Any doubts regarding the booking process can be cleared over the phone or by sending an email to ganesh@tripnett.com. The tour company shall assist you with any tour-related matters.
3. Payment for your Tour
After the deposit, you are required to pay the balance amount within a period of one week. In certain cases, customers may be asked to deposit the full payment earlier before the start of the holiday. The “balance due date” will be informed to the customer during direct contact at our office or through email. In case of non-payment, the tour company has the right to cancel your booking at any time.
4. Change in Booking
If you wish to make any changes to your booking, you are requested to directly visit our branch office with your receipts. Changes will be allowed only based on emergency conditions. We do not entertain repeated changes. Only minor changes will be accepted and only under specific conditions.
5. Cancellation of Booking
Cancellation of booking is allowed, but it depends on the situation. You have the right to cancel your tickets under certain circumstances. You must inform us through call or email before a specific time period. Cancellation charges may apply in some cases. It is important to know that the amount paid will not be refunded at any cost.
6. Complaints
If you have any complaints regarding the holiday arrangements, you have the right to contact us at ganesh@tripnett.com. We are eager to hear your concerns and resolve them to the best possible extent. You can mention the type of complaint in your email. Our customer service team will look into the issue and respond within 24 hours.
7. Our Responsibility for your Tour
We ensure that every holiday arrangement is handled with great care and attention. Tripnett is responsible for our employees, agents and suppliers during the course of travel. Beyond this, we are not responsible for any criminal or violent act that takes place during the journey. You should act responsibly and enjoy your holiday trip. We advise you to stay away from all kinds of illegal activities during travel.
8. Brochure / Website / Advertising
The information contained in our website, brochures, itineraries and advertising materials is believed to be clear and understandable for all visitors. However, occasional errors may occur and information may be changed at any time. We request all our customers to check the terms and conditions at the time of booking. 9. No Smoking Policy
We request all our customers to avoid smoking during travel. Smoking can harm you and others. We do not permit smoking inside our vehicles.
